1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PDFwarp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service description

PDFwarp provides online file conversion, processing, and AI-powered document tools. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $9 USD per month.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You must provide a valid email address and verify it before use.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use PDFwarp.
  • One account per person — creating multiple accounts to bypass free tier limits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PDFwarp to process files that contain:

  • Illegal content of any kind
  • Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Fair use and limits

Unregistered (guest) users are limited to 2 free conversions per day, tracked by IP address. Free accounts are limited to 5 file conversions per day. Pro accounts include unlimited file conversions and AI features subject to a fair use policy of 30 AI calls per day. These limits exist to ensure service quality for all users and may be adjusted with notice. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Payment and billing

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9 USD.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Your files and data

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. PDFwarp does not claim any rights to your documents. Files are processed ephemerally and deleted after your download — we don't retain copies of your uploaded files. 8. AI-powered features

Pro plan includes AI-powered features that send uploaded document content to our AI provider, xAI, for processing. xAI does not train on API data without explicit permission; by default API requests may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse auditing. If you do not wish to send document content to a third-party AI provider, use our non-AI tools — none of the 19 free tools or the PDF Editor contact xAI. Details in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

PDFwarp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk and always keep backups of important documents.

10. Limitation of liability

PDFwarp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
