AI Invoice is a Pro feature — included in PDFwarp Pro at $9 USD/month along with every other tool and unlimited conversions.
No file upload. From, To, and line items are required; notes default to 'Payment due within 30 days'. The server assigns Invoice # INV-YYYYMMDD- plus a padded user id, today's date, and asks xAI to format the invoice text. ReportLab writes a PDF unless the text is a non-Latin script, in which case you get Word. There is no logo slot and no tax engine. Pro only.
Enter items as 'Description: $Amount' on separate lines. Ask for tax in the notes if you need a tax line — there is no tax setting.
$, €, £, ¥, R$, CA$ — the invoice uses what you typed. Don't mix currencies on the same invoice.
The model adds. Models mis-add. Verify subtotal and total before this goes to a client or into your books.
Like AI Write, there is no @validate_files. Pro and the daily AI cap are enforced, then From/To/Items are required. Empty notes become 'Payment due within 30 days'.
INV-{YYYYMMDD}-{user_id:04d}. That is a convenience label, not a gapless statutory series. Change it in the PDF Editor or regenerate in Word if your books need a different scheme.
