This is not Turnitin. Extracted text is sent to xAI with a request for a 0–100 originality score, an assessment, quoted sections that may lack originality, a style note, and recommendations. Nothing is searched against a paper database or the live web. Use it as a first-pass reading of tone and repetition, then run a real corpus checker if the stakes are academic. Pro only.
Unlike Turnitin or iThenticate, this doesn't cross-reference published papers. It comments on patterns in the text you uploaded.
Above 80: the model saw little to flag. 60–80: mixed. Below 60: read the quoted spans. None of those numbers prove copying or innocence.
